Dr. Haider Abdulelah received his B.Sc in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Baghdad University in 2003. He received M.Sc in Communications and Signal Processing in Technical University of Ilmenau, Germany in 2012, after granted DAAD scholarship. He pursued his PhD in Information and Signal Processing from Al Nahrain University, Baghdad, 2021. His master thesis was conducted in the German Aerospace Center (DLR), focusing on testing new aeronautical communication standard (LDACS2)
